At Pearl handicrafts, we understand that sometimes it is quite hesitating buying a handicrafts or décor product online as compared to purchase the same product in a handicrafts store. We try our best to make the customer feel as much comfort as possible while buying a product from our online store. We have option of customization with most of the bigger furniture and décor products. To that effect, if the customer feels that the product that he has received doesn’t match his expectations, we offer 2 days return policy provided the product is unused & is returned in the original packaging. Return. 

We hand-examine every single piece that we ship out to you. We are selling our products in India and outside India and very rare get complaint of mismatch or damage. Since these are handmade products by different individual artisans there may be some variation in dimension, design, shade or color is unavoidable. This thing generally not happens. For the same reason, ‘machine like’ finish and consistency cannot be expected. The customer has to be understanding and receptive. Any issue arising due to this is tried to be resolved by mutual discussions in favor of the customer.

If you feel that the item that you received didn’t match your expectations, please intimate us within 3 days and we’ll do the best we can to resolve it by way of replacement, exchange, supplemental delivery, arranging repair, compensation or refund.

  • Return of the products is applicable only in India & is not applicable in international shipments
  • The customer must send an email at [email protected] or call us at +91 9461259490,
    +91 2953 294490 with the details of the order & the reasons for return.
  • The returned product must not be used by the customer and must be sent back to us in original form and packaging. Also, the customer must make sure that the product that s/he is sending is insured against in-transit damage. We will not be able to initiate refund in case we receive damaged product.
  • Customized pieces will not be taken back. We will send you images of the customized order pieces before packing. We take customized orders over big and medium size furniture pieces only.
  • The customer must not accept the delivery in case the product has been received in an unsealed pack. In case the customer observes that the pack is not sealed, please return the same to the delivery executive immediately. The customer must note that unsealed pack shipments will not be accepted as return in case the customer doesn’t refuse to take the delivery. Refunds (less shipping cost and taxes) will be made within 5-7 days of receipt of goods returned at our warehouse in intact, re-saleable condition.
  • The customer can choose another product in case the same or the similar product is not available, deducting the shipping & tax charges. The customer may return the products within 3 days in case he finds any defect/damage in the product after opening the sealed pack. The product must be returned in the original packaging else we will refuse to take the product back.
  • In case of returning back of an item, repacking and safe delivery of the product to our warehouse is to be assured.
  • Return request will not be entertained in cases where the product was crafted on your order or was customized for you.

Cancellation :

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the products.
  • Customer must call us at the customer care number and write an e-mail to us mentioning the details of product and reasons for cancellation. In case the payment has already been made by the customer, the refund of the cancelled order will be made or The customer can ask us for a gift vouchers of that amount that he/she can use within 2months..
  • The transaction charges and currency conversion charges if charged by bank or payment gateway that should be bear by the customer/ visitor in case of any refund or cancellation.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We’ll contact you if all or any portion of your order is not accepted or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been received, the said amount will be refunded back within 7 working days of such refusal.
